Mediation for Conflict Resolution USC
Mediation is a process that consists of a group of strategies and techniques through which the opposing sides formulate and analyse the questions in dispute with the participation and help of an impartial and independent mediator. The goal is for the parties themselves to develop and propose options and alternatives that allow them to reach an agreement that resolves the conflict or improves the relationship between the parties.
